Sohaila is the Transaction Coordinator. She holds a BBA degree in double major Real Estate and Marketing from Georgia State University, Georgia real estate license and a Paralegal Certificate from UGA. She was in the Marketing division with Keller Williams for three years before being part of our team.
Sohaila handles seller closings from Contract acceptance to close. Her job description includes; preparing all disclosures for when we first get the listing, order Property Zone Reports / NHD, process all disclosures, documents, and contracts for Sellers and Buyers and ensure all signatures are completed, coordinate activities with the cooperating agent, provide all documents and reports necessary for escrow officer, keep an updated communication & notes log, ensure that the loan documents have been signed by the buyer and ready for lender funding, creating listing marketing materials and eventually coordinate with closing the transaction successfully.
John has been a broker associate at Prime Properties Asset Management since 2010 and is currently working as the manager for the REO division of the company. John graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from University of California, Irvine and has been a licensed broker associate since 2006.
John began his career at Prime Properties as a Property Inspector thoroughly investigating Prime Properties’ entire inventory from crawl space to attic. He began assisting with the pre marketing efforts with Prime Properties’ REO inventory coordinating sheriff lockouts, appearing in trials for eviction cases, negotiating with HOAs and utility providers regarding accounts, overseeing property renovations and reconciling property values completing Broker Priced Opinions. Now, John oversees the entire REO process from the initial REO assignment to offer negotiation all the way through property disposition.
